Deal Digest: Sioux City Religious Broadcaster Inks Deal To Enter Des Moines Market
Des Moines – Religious broadcaster St. Gabriel Communications has filed a $600,000 deal to buy oldies KEDB (105.3) from Honey Creek Broadcasting. Under the terms of the deal, St. Gabriel will allow Honey Creek to continue using the KEDB tower and transmitter building rent-free to operate country KMGO (98.7). St. Gabriel Communications currently owns KFHC (88.1) in the Sioux City, IA area and KOIA (88.1) in Storm Lake, IA.
