It’s Auction Day For Rocking M Media; Debtholders Could Emerge As New Owners
Despite some eleventh-hour squabbling among debtholders about how the proceeds will be divvied up, the bankruptcy auction of the ten remaining Rocking M Media stations is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Feb 1). Interest in the stations is said to be strong, and it is possible that debtholders Belate and Farmers & Merchants Bank of Colby will submit credit bids for the assets.
